Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@glimz.pk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label.
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@glimz.pk if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest way is to return the item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is approved.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
